Although OmeTV had large organic traffic and a broad global audience, the platform lacked a structured paid acquisition strategy to sustainably grow active users and app installs. With increasing competition from other video chat services and significant moderation/retention challenges inherent to random chat platforms, OmeTV needed a strategic performance campaign to boost high-quality user acquisition and strengthen relevance among target demographics.

We designed a performance marketing strategy focused on driving high-intent installs and active user engagement through tailored Meta ad campaigns, and amplified reach with strategic influencer partnerships across TikTok and YouTube. Ads targeted key demographics most likely to engage in social video chat with Gen Z and young adults while influencers created authentic, real-time content showcasing the OmeTV experience. Campaign messaging emphasised instant connection and global reach to attract new users.
