With a very young, trend-sensitive audience, the challenge was to attract and convert new customers efficiently at scale particularly outside core fashion seasons while maintaining brand prestige and relevance.

We built a multi-layered paid acquisition funnel starting with high-impact Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeting trend-ready demographics. These were paired with a bespoke influencer activation strategy aligning paid and organic creator content and supported by strategic OOH placements in fashion hotspots timed to key launch windows and seasonal peaks.
